I had a few different estate agents come to value the house but as soon as Michael entered the property he was completely different from the rest. He was so professional and friendly and I felt in no way pressured to put my house up with his company. I chose Ryder and Dutton solely because of Michael and that first meeting. Unfortunately after 2 weeks of the house being on the market, the house we were buying fell through and we had to take it off. Michael couldn't have been more understanding and took it off the market with no charge and no fuss. I knew at that point that whatever I did with my property I would 100% use Ryder and Dutton.

He was so professional and friendly and I felt in no way pressured to put my house up with his company. I chose Ryder and Dutton solely because of Michael and that first meeting. Unfortunately after 2 weeks of the house being on the market, the house we were buying fell through and we had to take it off. Michael couldn't have been more understanding and took it off the market with no charge and no fuss. I knew at that point that whatever I did with my property I would 100% use Ryder and Dutton.
18 months later my Mother sold her house with Michael, on my recommendation, and she had no problems whatsoever. She found all her dealings with every member of staff to be efficient and professional and she sold her house very quickly. She was also incredibly impressed with Michael and Ryder and Dutton as a whole.
This year I decided to rent out the property I had up for sale in 2017 and didn't hesitate to use Ryder and Dutton's full management service. I can honestly say that it was Michael's professionalism, friendliness and knowledge that made me trust Ryder and Dutton to handle mine and my family's properties in such an easy and fuss free way. Every member of staff we have since dealt with have been exactly the same. I now have my property up for rent with them and will continue to have a good relationship with the company and the staff.

Completion on our property today. Michael provided really valuable advise when he visited pre sale and house sold within 48 hours of going on the market. Rosie Hartwell handled the sale going forward. The service she provided was amazing. Very professional lady who guided us expertly though the process, and updated us constantly.Provided a valuable link between us and the solicitors.
