Vicky was extremely helpful when it came to valuing our home, organising for the local Branch Manager, who was polite, helpful and told us how to market the property in the best way possible, to come when we were next available. Vicky was extremely helpful when it came to valuing our home, organising for the local Branch Manager, who was polite, helpful and told us how to market the property in the best way possible, to come when we were next available. We did shop around in terms of estate agents and valuations, however Manning Stainton were the only ones, who didn't pressurise or push us for an immediate decision. This mixed with the professionalism from all the team, Vicky and Debbie especially, helped us on deciding to choose Manning Stainton, which we definitely didn't regret. Throughout the process of selling our home both Debbie and Vicky kept us up to date and informed regularly from start to finish, going above and beyond to help us, which made what can usually be a stressful time extremely easy. We also can't thank Karen enough at the Pudsey branch enough for her help and advice when accepting/declining offers. In the events of selling our home again, we would definitely use Manning Stainton again and request the help from Vicky and Debbie.

We initially went through a online agent, purple bricks, a very very costly mistake!! Bad pictures, bad communication and he basically worked from his car boot! I was advised by a colleague at work who had used manning Stainton, and how good they were, so we called them
Well what can we say, absolutely fantastic, the guys at Morley branch were the nicest people we have come across, and as we work in customer services we know good customer service when we see it, we were in constant contact with Joeanne Higgins and her colleagues, all of which were brilliant.
Within a month our house had sold, we couldn't believe it, however when you see the sold signs around Morley, the majority are with manning stainton
Don't be fooled by these cheap online agents, you only get what you pay for and we lost £800 because of one of them, and will always advise people AGAINST ONLINE AGENTS
We only wished were we moved too, manning Stainton operate, because we would recommend the guys at Morley branch to anyone, very hard working and lovely people to deal with, you certainly do get what you pay for!

What agent could do to change your mind?
It is simple Manning Stainton offer value for money. They were surprisingly cheaper than other high street agents considering they are open 7 days a week and provide you with not only assign you with a dedicated agent but support you with a team of experts. Like I did, you may be thinking you could get a cheaper deal going with an online agent but you cannot put a price on an estate agent with a proven track record in the industry who can also take the hassle out of selling and buying.

I have had the pleasure of using Manning Stainton for renting and buying and now I am on my way of completing a sale through them too. I cannot thank the Morley Team who have been fantastic throughout, In terms of the sale of my property, Vicky and Stephanie were just brilliant. With getting married in 3 months time I thought I was mad wanting to sell and buy new home at the same time as juggling a wedding budget. As we all know selling and buying is one of the top stresses. Well, both Vicky and Stephanie (and not forgetting Paul Cooke) have certainly ensured the process has so far been stress free. Not only have they all kept me informed by email as I was unable to take calls while at work but have responded to my questions quickly and professionally especially when organising viewings and have been instrumental in secure a sale in just 3 days of my house going on the market, beyond my expectations. They are a real credit to the Morley Team! It is does not end there, both Jo Murgatroyd (mortgage adviser) and Diane Sellars (sales negotiator) are assisting all the way with the purchase of my new home (hopefully to move in just before I exchange wedding vows with my partner). Manning Stainton should be very proud to have such dedicated staff. I can not thank them enough! So if you are thinking about which agent to go with whether that be on the high street or online, I definitely recommend you get in touch with Manning Stainton and give them a go.

Overall I was happy with the service provided by Manning Stainton.
The marketing promotion that they did was excellent and we sold within 5 months. Communication was good considering the girls seemed to be very busy most of the time. Prices and fees were to be expected in a competitive market and the whole process had a professional feel to it.
I'd like to express an extra thank you to Diane as she had to put up with my persistent nagging during the final few weeks prior to completion - she did go that extra mile for us.
Would recommend to a friend for buying or renting.
