The team were the ultimate professionals, remaining calm when we needed them to be and always pragmatic. What really helped initially was being told straight off that we shouldn't expect to move before October (even though we technically sold in June) - they totally managed our expectations with that and of course were spot on. They were happy to print lots of legal docs for us when we needed them to and always called back with feedback and next steps, remaining calm throughout even when having to deliver bad news! I highly recommend Pedder, in particular Cansu and Natasha, they were the consummate professionals whilst being friendly.

Cansu was instrumental in securing our sale. We (stupidly) opted for a solicitor who was not on Peddler's recommendations list (but was cheap) which made the sale harder than we would have wanted. Our solicitor was slow and we ended up worried about jepadising the sale because of this. Cansu helped us stay sane, keep good communication with the sellers, work out or next steps and secure the sale. She was a lifeline when we were stressed and confused, and I don't know we would have been able to buy the house without her.
