I was helping my son purchase a house on sale with HR. In the many years of buying and selling my own homes I've never had an estate agent call every two weeks with an update on the exact position of the chain. Nor have I had an agent so willing to contact the other side to try and move matters forward. I wouldn't hesitate to ask HR to sell a home for me and I would be delighted if I had to buy another house through them. Well done! Estate agency as it should be!

Having had dealing with several local estate agents in the past few years we approached Harvey Robinson with feelings of hope, that they wouldn't be worse than some of the other local agents, and dreaded that they would be.
We needn't have worried, Mathew and his team are professional and friendly and put us at our ease from the moment we met the;, questions, no matter how trivial, were always answered promptly and courtesly.
We have no hesitation in recommending Mathew and his team to anyone selling.

Excellent professional service from the start. The photos of the property were great. We had many viewers in the first week. Excellent professional service from the start. The photos of the property were great. We had many viewers in the first week. When the missus fell pregnant and we needed to move, we tried 3 estate agents, we showed themn our house and explained what we wanted. 2 of the estate agents were a waste of time, Harvey Robinson showed us some nice houses, and Matt completly got what we were after. We had a difficut time in the chain, but Matt was very supportive and helped with questions and answers every step of the way, brilliant commumicator, totally kept us in the loop, cannot recomend him enough to people.
Would 100% reccomend this company to people, and have done.

A very professional and efficient service from start to finish.
Grant was honest in his appraisal of our property and told us what we could expect to achieve in the current market, we advertised at the suggested price and accepted an offer within a week of being on the market.
We also bought our new property through Harvey Robinson, we appreciated that we were always given regular updates and feedback by Matthew and Justin at every stage of the process, which makes a stressful time that little bit easier.
I would be very happy use Harvey Robinsons again in the future.
