I've had a terrible experience with outlook. I have constantly phoned and said mailed and got no replies. Have been told someone will get back to you and no one ever does. Terrible experience since I've moved in and had junk in the property since I've moved in! Was told it would be cleaned and that was never dealt with again and not called by the property manager. My boiler didn't work for over a month of moving in. It's really sad as in my home country of Canada we take customer service seriously and this was just awful experience.

As a landlord I have tried a number of different estate agents in the area - and I have no hesitation in saying that Outlook are the best. They really care about providing a personal service, both to the landlord and the tenant. They are always there to answer any questions or immediately deal with any issues. Over the last few years I have come to trust in Billy Crickmar and Sukhi Jabbal particularly for the care and attention they have shown myself and my tenants. They do a great job.

This review relates to Mr Sukhi Jabbal - he has been in charge of marketing my property each time it was made available for rent. Each time, he has done an exceptional job in finding good-quality tenants quickly. He particularly impressed me when in early 2019 he found and arranged for new tenants to move in on the same day that the property was vacated by the old tenants. Besides being so efficient, Sukhi is quick to respond to queries and is a pleasure to interact with.
