Springbok is a great agent, they helped us through buying our first property step by step, cleary showed us how the conveyancing process so we understood
and explained what we needed to do as first times buyers on anything we were unsure of. I love that you are required to put a deposit down to make an offer so it took away some stress of wondering if the sale will not go through. That deposit is then taken from the final completion providing you stick to the agreement so you get it back! Natalie Jackson is the agent who kept us upto date every time there was an update to provide which was really helpful and was always reliable to answer our calls or reply to our emails very quickly. We couldn't have asked for better, thank you for making the process of buying our first home such a positive one.

We chose springbok as we were looking for a quick sale of an empty property and yes we lost a little money on the price but we got how much we wanted and it was completely stress free they take care of everything all we did was put a key in the key safe they provided then a few weeks later we signed the paperwork. If you are looking for a quick hassle free sale then definitely the way to go we would highly recommend
