Sheraton Law managed my flat for nearly a decade when I needed to rent it out. I enjoyed complete peace of mind knowing that Ania was taking care of things. She kept me well informed of the property's condition and when proposing repairs shopped around for the best value quote -- and checked the quality of the work. Sheraton sends a monthly account statement but sometimes I needed a quick breakdown of incomings and outgoings spanning a particular period and Nick always gave me a very quick response.

Sheraton Law managed my property as letting agent for 20+ years whilst I was a living in various corners of the globe and they always provided excellent service. So when I decided to sell the flat earlier this year it was obvious to me I would use them as my selling agent. Tom Butler provided the same quality service I had come to expect from the lettings team. Tom has a good grasp of the housing market and I had a choice of offers within days of the property going on sale. Although experiencing a number of delays and frustrations from a potential buyer who would continuously propose impossible preconditions, Tom never wavered. He kept providing sound advice, stayed on top of my solicitor, ensured I was always fully updated, and got my asking price for the flat. Thanks Sheraton Law for all you have done for me!
