His hard work and enthusiasm has seen clients keep returning due to his success over the years. Prior to working at Orlando Reid he studied Business at M
anchester University, then joined a couple of corporate estate agents in London where he decided he preferred the idea of working for an independent. When he realised his current business partner was looking for someone to help develop the business he joined Orlando Reid as a Director. Outside of work Baljit is married, enjoys holidays, is a massive Manchester United fan, enjoys socialising with friends and is a big family man

Further to the refurbishment of the flat being completed, I went into the Clapham branch of Orlando Reid to register it for rent. I'm very happy to have been greeted by Jazz who really does her job not only with the ultimate professional, but with a smile and a lot of enthusiasm as well. Jazz arranged for the flat to be professionally cleaned, took professional photos, was able to provide her market insight when it came to the going rates and had the flat rented out in less than a week. Furthermore, she was also able to manage the EPC registration. I would definitely recommend Jazz if you're looking to rent / sell your property. Very professional and extremely passionate about her role.

As a letting Virgin, I did my due diligence by approaching 4 agents in the area. Orlando Reid was the most plain speaking and approachable agent with the best rate in Clapham.
Both Baljit and Jazz came to view the property. They listened to my situation and requirements and patiently explained the process. They estimated 5 days to find a suitable tenant.
Jazz took on the search for tenants. She showed both energy and enthusiasm in her search for my tenants. She over delivered by managing to find a tenant in 3 days at the agreed rent. I needed a Gas Safety Certificate before the tenants could move in. This was done for me at the going market rate.
The back office process leading up to the signing of the Tenancy Agreement was digitalised and seamless.
Jazz and Bal delivered what was agreed. No hype, just results.
Would comfortably recommend them to Landlords seeking tenants.

Following a personal recommendation she visited OrlandoReid in Clapham High Street conveniently located right opposite Clapham North tube station. There she met and was impressed with the two owners of this agency, Jack Reid and Baljit Arora. She appointed OrlandoReid on a full management agreement and then handed everything over to me to liaise with them whilst she disappeared to India. Fortunately I can say that since 2011 I have only needed to visit the property once. There have only been two sets of tenants both excellent in every way. Being an older type property there have been a few occasions where a builder or tradesman has been needed an OrlandoReid organised this using their own Building maintenance contacts who have proved efficient polite and sensibly priced.

Every three months we would receive an inspection report on how the tenant was treating the property. Being based in Hampshire this proved very comforting to know we had an efficient letting agent and caring tenants. OrlandoReid have been on top of all the recent legislation with Carbon Monoxide detectors and Legionaire's disease. I have been recommending this letting agent whenever the opportunity arose. I have not been able to think of anything of a negative nature to pass on to any prospective client.
