Grant was incredible outstanding at making sure the sale of the property went through successfully. He was a key in the success of the sale, his understanding and negotiating skills are invaluable. Awful awful awful
I rented my property with them
they didn't check refs. The tenants didn't pay properly. .locked me out my own place. .sold cars on my drive. Let dogs. .wee on carpets. .I didn't say they could have pets.
My husband was so stressed he got cancer after this. .I almost had a break down. .cost us over 10,000 pounds and guess what this couple had done it before.they were claiming benefits from council as well. Nightmare for us. .worst of all this company choices never ever returned calls. .or helped us. .

We selected Choices to sell our flat and have so far been really impressed with the level or service provided by both Nicola and Grant. From day one we were informed regularly about any action taking place in regards to viewings, offers etc and were pleased with the volume of interest generated. Both are very proactive and very rarely did we need to chase anything. We accepted an offer in a relatively sort time frame from when the property was marketed and now progressing to completion which we hope is as smooth as the rest of this process has been so far.

From start to finish we cannot fault the dealings we have had with Nicola and Grant. They have thoroughly answered every question that we have had and made sure that we understand procedures etc.. From start to finish we cannot fault the dealings we have had with Nicola and Grant. They have thoroughly answered every question that we have had and made sure that we understand procedures etc.. They have been professional and polite and are a credit to your agency. Having had no luck at all with an online agency (one viewing in 6 weeks), Nicola approached us to suggest your agency, and within five weeks we had over 10 viewings and now a cash buyer! Not wanting to lose a property that we had had an offer accepted on back in late January, we did accept an offer at �25000 less than asking price, but your 'buyer paying the fees' policy, and your �500 deposit to put off time wasters policy, plus a cash buyer, ticked the boxes to make a deal.

I have recently sold my property with Choices and Nicola MacDonald was my first point of contact. Selling a property is both emotional and stressful, Nicola understood both these emotions and placed me at ease very quickly on meeting her.
I had arranged a number of valuations, unsure whether or not to put my property on the market, I found Nicola friendly and honest. She was upfront and clear which I think is important when this isn't something you do everyday, hence why I chose to go with Choices.
Our continued communication was fantastic, I didn't necessarily have to take telephone calls when I was busy as Nicola was very efficient with texts. Nicola understood the emotional attachment I had with my property and continued to make the transition as smooth and convenient as possible. This was extended to grouping viewings together so there wasn't a constant interruption in my week.
Nicola was remained professional but understanding throughout the process and I wish her every success in her future, of which I think will be very successful.
On a shorter note, I also dealt with Lynsey Dunn. Lynsey is ever so personable and I believe she will achieve all that is expected of her.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I didn't know how much to expect. A friend who lets property has told me that 15% for full management is steep, but she lives in a different part of the country. The 6 month fee free offer is very good.
