Excellent management service from Nichola, Catherine , Emma and the team. Tenants found quickly and I have never had any bad experiences with any of the tenants they put forward. Property Issues were dealt with swiftly and without fuss which provided a very stress free landlord experience. I have recently sold the property and Holroyd Miller found a buyer quickly and easily and the whole process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend them for sales or management.

I have been extremely impressed with how Emma has managed the let of this property from a tenants point of view, clear, friendly and supportive as well as very professional. The Holroyd Miller electronic signature portal is very user friendly. I am also a landlord and this service is far better than the one I receive from my exiting agent. I have used Holroyd Miller for around a year to manage my rental properties and have found this service to be very well structured and good value for the service they provide.
I have recently added a further property to my portfolio that required some work and they managed all the different trades that were required on my behalf in a professional and organised way taking all the stress away from me!
Special mention & thanks to Catherine, Nichola and Emma who have all helped me with various parts of the process and who are all great to deal with.
