Can highly recommend Radcliffe & Rust. They were professional, effective, and responsive throughout the entire process.
Richard took excellent photos and prepared a beautiful online walkthrough that really helped sell the property. He also organised someone for the floor plans, video, and EPC. All of this was prompt and professional.
We received an offer at asking price within 1 week of the property being on the market. From there, Kaitlin handled the post-offer acceptance including any communications/queries from the buyer. Again, this was handled very professionally, Kaitlin was friendly and always reachable.
Would definitely use again, thank you!

Radcliffe & Rust did a great job selling my house in Cambridge. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. They produced excellent marketing materials (really good photography) that generated a lot of interest in the property. Richard came round to value the house and talked me through the process. Everything was clear, and I was left with confidence that it would work easily.
