About Sharon
I have been in estate agency for over 35 years now and seen many changes to the industry.? I have worked for both corporate and independent estate agents as well as property developers \/ new?home builders.
Living and working in the area that I was brought up in gives me the local knowledge that I feel is requ
ired to provide an outstanding service and ultimately gain the best price for our customers.
I enjoy all aspects of my job from bringing a property to the market, ensuring the vendor is guided and assisted every step of the way, through to handing over the keys to a delighted purchaser on completion day.

Excellent from start to finish.
Sharon and Harry from the Plympton branch couldn't do enough to help, they were excellent. The highlight of the whole process was the communications from Harry or Sharon to me. Even if there was no progress with solicitors I would get informed and asked to nudge things along.
Sharon and Harry are a credit to Bradleys. I wholly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

She kept me up to date at all times. It was a difficult and long chain and the team here did absolutely everything in their power to get us to completion. Professional, attentive, friendly and on the ball with what’s on the market locally.

Sold my property and also purchased my next property using Bradleys at Plympton and found all the staff (particularly Sharon) to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. I used their all inclusive package which worked well for me. My property was sold the first day of marketing and they also valued it higher than other local agents had. I found nothing was too much trouble for the team and questions were dealt with almost immediately and telephone calls returned straight away which is unusual! I would recommend Bradleys Plympton without hesitation.

Not really one for writing reviews but this case I decided to make an exception. We originally opted for another Estate Agent but luckily were recommended to try Bradley’s which we did. Within a few days of being on the market we were already getting offers a lot higher than the original Estate Agents suggested we could get for the property. All in all we are extremely happy with the service we received from Bradley’s and were constantly updated with information. The team at Bradley’s we’re all very pleasant, approachable and well informed. Thank you guys and best wishes for the future.

I am still bemused by the £2400 fee, which I dont think is value for money for any estate agent, when my solicitors bill was a mere £850 and they do alot more work to a higher professional level.
Time for change agents. Lower your fees.

I had sourced a mortgage already and home insurance and although recommending companies to utilise (they were in no way pushy, when offering recommendations).
