Comments on Agent Fees
Abraham's valuation of our property was also excellent. He had valued the property at £975000.00. After discussing this further with him and taking into consideration other properties on the market the fact that our property was in excellent condition, I wanted to market the property at £1,000,000. Abraham had no issue in marketing the property at that price as he felt the property would sell comfortably for that. He was right!

I would like to say how incredibly pleased and impressed we have been with Northfield Estate Agents and particularly Mr Abraham Oomen. Abraham came to value our property in an effort to win our business as we had had an offer accepted on a property we wanted to purchase through another agency. As a result we needed to move in very quick time in order to meet the time constraints of the seller. Abraham and his team gave us some excellent advice in how we should market our property. We were also very impressed with the quality of potential buyers they had on their database. In less than one week of having our property on the market we had three offers in and all were at the asking price. We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Abraham's efforts had not finished there as we were requiring to complete the sale in line with our purchase which we had already exchanged on. Abraham's continued hard work in chasing all of the solicitors in the chain was fantastic and contributed in all parties exchanging on time. I would happily say that although the process of selling and buying properties is a stressful one, it was made much less so by the way Abraham and the Northfields Estate Agents team assisted in the process. Their experience really showed and we would unreservedly recommend Abraham and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Well done once again.

Northfields represented a seller who my own seller was buying from. However of all the agents involved in the chain they were the most pro-active in helping ensure the contracts completed promptly. My principle contact was Abraham. He was absolutely brilliant in regularly calling me, helping to broker commitments from others in the chain to do what they needed to. Despite the fact that he wasn't working directly for me, I felt that he was. He was polite, courteous and always made me feel he had my interests at heart in addition to his own clients. Before Abraham got involved the sale process was regularly lagging weeks late. Once Abraham got involved things moved swiftly to a happy exchange. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone else.

Their marketing material was a key aspect in me appointing them intially, but this attention to detail and quality extended to all their subsequent communications with me. They knew the market and delivered on all aspects.

I'm fairly pleased with the service I have received. However, I did face alot fo problems in the beginning with receiving the right furniture for my new aprt. However, I must admit the property manager Edyta is doing her work very well. I get prompt responses to my concerns and things have been sorted out as and when pointed out within the apartment.

Arranged for the replacement of an old gas boiler with a new one from British Gas. Got a good deal on the price and sorted out the payment. We've been really happy with Northfields on every level. Their friendly, can-do spirit helped smooth out many of the stressful elements of moving, both before and after signing up for our new flat. We had several problems with the flat we moved into and were sceptical about how easily they'd be resolved, but the property management was super-efficient in sorting them out within the first few days. Definitely top marks on communication and friendliness, and would definitely recommend!
