Lee arrived promptly to the viewing was respectful of the property. I found him to be very reassuring, confident that his team would be able to let the property to the right tenants. Their introductory offer was also competitive. They do not waste time in getting things moving.
I am very pleased to share that my property turnaround was less than 4 weeks. The tenants have now moved in .

From start to finish Lee did an excellent job of finding suitable tenants for my property. After my existing tenants moved out the property was only empty for a few days before the new tenants moved in and this was all down to Lee's hard work. David Daniels are fantastic. Lee Correia and Lee Mills have been letting our property for us since Nov 2011 and we have never been without a tenant. They take care of all the details and make the whole re-letting process very easy for us. We also use the management team to manage our property and, again, they are extremely efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend them for both lettings and management.
