Excellent service from start to finish. Friendly, professional, transparent, helpful. We chose W&S after a sale on our property had fallen through with a previous agent. They re-marketed the property and immediately attracted motivated buyers to view. In under a week we were sold subject to contract. The follow up work was exceptional and I can't fault the service from start to finish. Thank you to Luke, Aimee, Leonie, Gareth and Paul for good sound advice and marketing at the beginning and excellent professionalism and hand holding through out the whole process of selling.

W&S do not have a high st presence & our sale shows that what perspective house hunters & sellers want is good photos (lots of them) & a introduction to the property & area. Gemma was brilliant with the text & always on hand to update it when we remembered bits that we had left out. Our house went to a bidding war,and over 30 people viewed it, which would have been impossible to orchestrate ourselves. The advertising, photos and viewings were well worth the fee, but W&S came into their own when we had to deal with gerzumpers & gerzunderers! Our stress levels would not have coped the the games that buyers are playing in this uncertain market. Aimee was amazing at keeping the negotiations calm and doing amazing amounts of research on the buyers to make sure when people put in an offer, they can actually afford that offer and aren't just trying to win the sale. Having an honest estate agent working with you, keepingall sides of the sale up to date, chasing surveys and solicitors, has been amazing... all this with a sense of humour too! Thank you Aimee!

I would like to share my experience with Wooster & Stock Brixton on the recent sale of my flat (August 2015). The circumstances were quite difficult as the sale was due to separation, but both Luke and Millie have been absolutely great at handling everything whilst remaining calm, professional and supportive.
Luke provided a valuation for the flat at a very early stage of the negotiations with my former partner (who didn't want to sell), and I was really so grateful he didn't ‘chase' me afterwards, as other agents did! Instead he was always available when I needed advice and updates, being helpful without putting additional pressure on me - I very much appreciated his kindness! After the separation agreement was finally reached, Luke advised on timing and strategy for the sale – this happened as a collaborative processes, and Luke took seriously into account my concerns and suggestions. The listing for the flat was really great, with beautiful pictures capturing the flat's character and features. Viewings were booked right away, and a very decent offer arrived by the end of the first week - I was actually shocked! Millie dealt with all aspects of the preparation and actual sale, from organizing the viewings to dealing with the buyers - as well as mediating between me and my ex, sometimes! In fact she has been amazing both on a professional and personal level, always calm and reassuring - especially when I was feeling the pressure! Luke was also able to tactfully intervene on issues that could have potentially affected the sale. Thankfully all was eventually resolved and the sale completed successfully! :)
Luke and Millie not only have done a great job with the sale itself, but really went above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for me, and I am truly grateful for their empathy and support at a very difficult time of my life. (Many many thanks again, both of you! :) )

Wooster & Stock were absolutely outstanding. The entire team was strong, communicated well and were always able to take calls (day and night). In particular: Luke Bishop and Julia Russell were dedicated, smart, and first-rate. Great care was taken with the photographing of the house; the brochure was highly professional (and then the book they published for us after the sale of the house - quite a sweet touch). We were extremely concerned about which agents to get, in part because we were having to sell our beloved home to free up capital for a family member's health care - so timing (apart from low stress) was important. Luke and Julia would always go the extra mile (sorry for the cliche, but in this case it is quite true) - and once gave up several hours of their time whilst our buyer's surveyor came to inspect as we had to deal with a family health emergency. As we also have prize cats (well, even if they were moggies, there is no doubt they would have been equally cared for) but the team never let the cats out and always made certain all was in order when they left. As a company, Wooster & Stock have quite the solid client base -- and they know the area inside out. We were very pleased with them and clearly recommend them at the highest level.

We recently bought our new home through Luke Bishop and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home in the area. As buyers he really listened to what we were looking for and made a couple of recommendations which really hit the mark, unlike other agents who are still flooding us with properties that don't come close! He then worked tirelessly to help us achieve our goal of a 6 week completion for the property and went above and beyond what could be expected of an agent, pushing everyone to complete their duties and get a quick resolution on issues. He was always available and it really felt like we were his only focus during the 6 weeks. I know we wouldn't have been able to move into a home we love without his help and it was completely refreshing dealing with a professional and courteous and likeable agent compared to my past experiences.

All staff I deal with were always helpful and courteous throughout the sale process of my flat, with questions replied to very promptly. Wooster+Stock achieved a good offer quickly with excellent marketing materials to display the flat in the best possible light. I would like to thank the staff at Wooster & Stock's Brixton office for making the sale of our Brixton home run as smoothly as possible. In particular, Luke Bishop was a fantastic agent. He was reliable, returned messages and emails promptly and was always a pleasure to deal with. Luke handled tricky and sensitive negotiations with a calm and courteous patience which, in the end, got us the best possible price for our property. The whole operation was five star (but not at a five star price!) from start to finish. I cannot rate the photographer and his vivid and imaginative description of the property highly enough. This is surely one of the most unique and captivating features of Wooster & Stock's services. The process was as painless and possible and I would not hesitate to enthusiastically recommend Wooster & Stock to my friends in the future.

I was greeted by Luke Bishop and offered a seat and refreshments .At all times Luke and my personal negotiator Charlie Lester were a pleasure to Know .
Gentlemen in a first class way , great communictors , problem solvers and reassuring at every stage of the process of selling our family home .
I have absoultly no reservations in recommending the Brixton office and the Sydenham office and all the staff at those branches as being top class professionals in the often difficult world of how to choose an estate agent to bring to be honest and diligent in the often life changing experience being ,purchase or selling your property .
The icing on the cake is their free van service . These removals guys, Robert and Daniel you can trust with your mothers china teaset with absoultly no second thoughts . This team are superhuman and have endless patience while you try to gather up the last teaspoon and sweeping brush from your property .
In conclusion i saled through this house sale with minimal streess in the confidence that i was in excellant hands with Wooster and Stock ,Thank You all very much. Liz cranwell-ward

I asked Wooster & Stock to value my house with a view to putting it on the market at the same time as I had asked others. W & S gave a very early appointment and (Luke Bishop) was so upbeat and positive about being the right agent to sell my property I was encouraged to sign with them. I had put my house on the market before with very little activity but, after a very positive review of the property (by Gemma) we were on.
The viewings came thick and fast, so much so on one particular afternoon there were four viewings. I was so overwhelmed I had to go and sit in my car until they all left.
All of the viewings were conducted by Fritz Clarke and Gemma Whelan, Fritz doing the majority of these. On occasion I felt Fritz showed remarkable fortitude when dealing with some very 'not nice' people, one of whom especially brought her dog along to the viewing and had it tramping around the house. W & S fed back to me promptly, which I really appreciated.
An offer was made on a second viewing, which was upped to one that was quite acceptable to me. The conveyancing process was fairly tedious but completion went ahead as planned, even though I had not yet been in a position to complete on my purchase. At this stage W & S offered me a cash incentive to tidy me over the intervening period.
Though the following is not a criticism, per se, but merely an observation , W & S were also the agents who were selling the property of the guys who were buying mine. On occasion I felt that I was being put in second place... an honest observation.
All in all, W & S (Luke Bishop) accomplished what they set out to do and got me a price for my house with which I was quite happy. I have and would recommend them to others.

I got a few valuations from other estate agents but I found that Luke Bishop was definitely the closest to the way I was thinking. I got a few valuations from other estate agents but I found that Luke Bishop was definitely the closest to the way I was thinking. This was not the "let's go as high as we can" valuation but the most realistic price we can get to actually sell the flat.
The photos were great and the flat description was a masterpiece in itself - I shall never forget the opening words of the description ..."Be still thy beating heart, this flat will sell itself".
And it did.
We had about 5 or 6 offers in the first 3 weeks - we accepted one - but this fell through because the buyer couldn't arrange the mortgage properly. So we had to do it all over again. The team at W&S were brilliant - they just doubled their efforts! It was no trouble to them.
And again, in less than two weeks, there were more offers coming in. We accepted another and it all went through no problem at all.
The guys at W&S were amazing, I cannot recommend them enough and if you are selling any property in SW4 or SW2 then it's a no brainer. You have to see what they can do! Luke and Gemma went right out of their way on numerous occasions, were always courteous, always picked up the phone quickly and I don't have a single bad word to say about them. An absolute pleasure to deal with and I thank them very much for making it such a good experience for me.
