It was a very long process due to a number of challenges that were encountered along the way, however Tim maintained close communication with all the main parties and was very proactive in making sure that things were moving and any blockers are been addressed accordingly; his commitment and efforts are much appreciated.

The Instruction process went smoothly with Paramount Properties and the photographs/marketing looked good.
Following in Initial open day (where there were many viewings) in Spring 2014 an offer was received. The offer unfortunately fell away and after that the viewings dried up. Communication then became poor and on one occasion they turned up with prospective purchasers without warning us first.
After a few more weeks it, we felt like they lost interest (or were unable to source new viewings), and we removed our instruction and sold via a different agent. It took 3 emails to receive the list of those who viewed the property to pass onto our next agent.

Tim Gray sold my property, and showed a significant degree of expertise throughout the process.
He was clear in regard to the pricing of my property, and valued my property higher than other agents.

Having recently sold my flat through Paramount in West End Lane, I'm taking the time to write a review because I was so pleased with the service. Tim Gray organised the open day and offers and quickly secured the sale and then the process was handed over to Lionel Stoll. Due to various factors, the sale wasn't as straight forward as it might have been however Lionel was incredibly efficient and responsive and kept me up to speed every step of the way and thanks to his guidance and advice, the sale proceeded and completed. He was always available and very quick to come back to me if I couldn't reach him and I felt that his experience and knowledge meant that I was receiving the best possible support from Paramount. With the London property market so bouyant, flats and houses sell easily however it's the conveyancing process that takes the time and that's when you need to use someone who knows what they're doing and who puts you first as a client. I wouldn't hesitate to use Paramount again and I've already recommended to friends who are thinking about selling.

We had 2 weeks to agree a sale so we could progress. On the Monday we contacted them. By the Saturday (same week) we had an open day in our flat. They got 45 potential buyers through the door to look at the flat. We received 7 offers and teased out the highest offer. We were therefore able to proceed with the purchase of the house.

Tim was really good at helping keeping the sale on track, smoothing out the bumps in the road, playing the middle man. He was always really responsive, can't fault him at all.
If all estate agents were as good as these guys, estate agents would all have great reputations!

I had an excellent experience with Paramount. The recommended selling price for the property was very well judged. The photographs were excellent. The open day, on which my property was shown, was extremely successful, so that I had several offers at or above the asking price within five days. There were a few bottlenecks along the way but at all times Robert and Tim were efficient, courteous and calming. I was very pleased with the service I received from Paramount and can recommend them highly.

My girlfriend and I were first time buyers in August 2013. We approached Paramount at the start of the search process and provided them with the property details that we were looking for. When we found the flat that we wanted, Robert Lazarus was hugely helpful in guiding us through the process and both he and Tim Gray were particularly helpful as we approached exchange and completion in calming nerves during what was a new and unknown procedure for us both.
I would highly recommend Robert, Tim and Paramount to any prosepctive first time buyers.

Tim was an excellent agent throughout the sale of our home. Paramount have completely restored my faith in estate agents.
They came to our house and advised us as to whether to sell or rent our property.
We decided to sell and on their recommendation we had a show house and it sold that day. From negotiation to exchange they handled the complexity of our move and difficulties up to exchange, keeping in constant contact and making us aware of every stage of the sale. Selling a house is an emotional roller coaster. They were, professional, understanding and reassuring at every step of the process.
Paramount offer free conveyancing with RG Solicitors and the relationship and communication between them is excellent.
I would not hesitate to recommend Paramount.
