Since moving to We let properties in manchester ( i am a landlord) last year they have delivered excellent results and enabled me to reduce the time i spend on the managing the properties. Wayne and the team have a very professional and efficient business model for landlords that delivers results. They manage end to end with minimal need landlord involvement & are very responsive on the occasional issue that comes up. i have dealt with several agencies and they are by far the best i have worked with.

If you have incentive concern over fixed monthly fee, don’t. If you have incentive concern over fixed monthly fee, don’t. My experience with We Let Properties is that the fixed monthly fee provides only competitiveness and transparency, with the team being as committed as it can be.
So far I have worked with their team members including Wayne, Maaria, Katie, Tracy and Samuel and they are really efficient and responsive. They are experienced and are well versed in handling assorted scenarios.
The best part is that these experienced people work as a team rendering the handling of properties really at a fast pace, effectively addressing the issue of agents dealing with their own clients with other supporting staff not knowing how to follow up, a malady prevailing in the industry which I had encountered until I found We Let Properties.
We Let Properties leaves landlords virtually nothing to worry about and it is highly recommended.
