Despite the present house selling conditions, we have received a good offer, after 5 weeks, which is much better than we hoped for. The Sears team, particularly Reece, were very proactive in arranging viewings, advising and keeping us informed of feedback. We had used them previously for renting out our property and returned to them from our excellent experience with the rental department, especially post tenant.
