My husband and I were recently looking to move from our property and were very interested in a house advertised with Robert Williams. From the very first call to the office we were treated in a very kind, supportive and informative manner. When we viewed and were shown around by Zara she was extremely helpful . We had all our questions answered and when we called with further queries and possible issues they were all dealt with promptly.
We moved into the property and once settled had a few little repairs that needed doing. Zara arranged this even though right before christmas and we were kept well informed .
Really happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Zara. Moving can be stressful and to have such great service really helped make it a very positive experience. Thank you to Zara and to the other lady we spoke to on the phone who was really lovely and helpful too.

Robert Williams have been amazing. I never expected to say that about an estate/lettings agents as previous experiences were never as pleasant.
I initially contacted them for a valuation as we were going to sell our flat. From first meeting they were professional, genuine, honest and caring. You really feel like you are talking to real people and not a machine that has lost the love for what they do.
We ended up not selling the flat but knew that we would be looking to either sell or rent it at a later date. I kept in contact with Suzanne who was so incredibly helpful in finally getting us to the place of doing something. I don’t know how she didn’t lose patience or give up on us it was 2.5years of a process!
We have now finally rented a flat and have been looked after by Zara who is not only one of the nicest people you will ever meet, again so incredibly helpful, genuine and really cares about getting the fit of Tennant and landlord. We have ended up having to rent a place my partner and I were planning on living in so had put a lot of love into working on it. Zara took the time to find us a Tennant who also appreciates it as much as we do.
Also helped us tick all the boxes needed that we had no clue about!
I cannot recommend Robert Williams enough.
