I have to admit, we hadn't heard of Belvoir when we were looking for an agency to instruct, but they were selling a house we were interested in buying so we thought we'd chat to them about our sale. I am so glad we did. From the outset, their enthusiasm for our home was obvious. It wasn't just another house in a fat portfolio, it was a place they cared about and really wanted to sell.

I am so glad we did. From the outset, their enthusiasm for our home was obvious. It wasn't just another house in a fat portfolio, it was a place they cared about and really wanted to sell.
They arranged for an excellent set of photographs and particulars to be prepared and kept us fully informed about the interest received.
Ben Coss, who has been our main point of contact, and Billy Walsh have been lovely to deal with - personable, fun and always at the end of the phone if needed. They put us in touch with a lovely set of buyers who we are delighted to be passing our much loved home to. We can highly recommend their services. Thanks Belvoir!!

Ben is very confident, experienced, professional and engaging, with great tenacity and an excellent knowledge of the housing market. He was instrumental in progressing both the sale of our property and the purchase of a new property providing excellent advice and communication throughout.
Billy has a very calm, patient and unassuming manner which is very refreshing! He paid great attention to detail and was in constant communication with us right the way through to completion. Always available on the phone and always responded to any messages very promptly. We really appreciated Billy’s friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency in providing a very thorough, diligent and reliable service.

This is a review for Ben Cross and Billy Walsh. We had our property on the market for 6 months with another agent and were looking to buy a property that Belvoir had. Ben approached us about selling ours and managed to alongside Billy sell our property in one week! Not only did they sell it super fast they negotiated a deal with the vendors of the property we wanted to buy. The service was faultless professional and smooth all the way through. We couldn’t have asked for a better service and then them both very much! We thoroughly recommend Belvoir for buying and selling!!
