Our experience with Sam coming to value our home was nothing but positive. She was very friendly, professional, gave a thorough review of the house and we chose to use Miller Metcalfe to sell our home as a result. We ended up getting an offer at full asking price so the valuation was spot on, no hope with overpricing etc and we are now going through the sale process.
