I have been using Philip James since they bought and integrated the original lettings company that I used.
They have been thoroughly professional since they started managing my property. Even when we have had a difference of opinion we have found a mutually agreeable way to proceed. I can strongly recommend them

The worst Letting Agents in Manchester!! If I could leave them 0* I would - it took then 5 months to come back to us on a simple change to our letting contract. The worst Letting Agents in Manchester!!
If I could leave them 0* I would - it took then 5 months to come back to us on a simple change to our letting contract. They are unhelpful, unresponsive and completely useless!
To top it all off - I don't even think they know how to handle a complaint procedure as we have never got a response from ours and had to contact the property Ombudsman!
AVOID AT ALL COST!

My first renting experience with a different agency was so stressful and difficult, I could not believe how great Philip James have been. I’m very grateful for my experience with yourselves. Sophie was very helpful in renewing my tenancy agreement after a month of ignored emails by Chloe Hay (reason for knocking a star off). Sophie was on the ball! She helped me negotiate my rent very efficiently, communication was excellent. Over the time I’ve lived in Spectrum all repairs have been timely, agents are very helpful and generally respond quickly- always polite! Even my flat inspection was done by a lovely girl who was mindful that I requested to be present and fit around my schedule. Keep up the good work guys!
