Great service from Danny, Eleanor and Ryan, good communication, smooth transition from me purchasing and then having all the referencing / paperwork etc sorted ready rental. Great service from Danny, Eleanor and Ryan, good communication, smooth transition from me purchasing and then having all the referencing / paperwork etc sorted ready rental. We had a tenant already in situ with a partner wanting to move, rent being changed, deposit transfer etc etc, sometimes this can be quite confusing but on this occasion it was really smooth. Me and my partner used Beresfords to rent our first home, all agents we have dealt with have been extremely helpful and really responsive. We had our viewing with Eleanor, baring in mind it was our first time seeing a property, she helped us understand the processes and was really helpful with going through the property with us. While I have primarily dealt with Christine and Eleanor all the staff I have encountered have equally dealt with my enquiries with professional and prompt responses.
My initial viewing was with Eleanor who was very professional and knowledgeable and helpful. She is very personable and a credit to the company.
Most of the application was done by Christine who is also very personable and knowledgeable and made the whole process less stressful. She is also a credit to the company.
Would highly recommend the company.
