I have been a tenant with Pacitti Jones at my property in Barrhead, Glasgow, and I am pleased to share my positive experience with their services. Throughout my tenancy, I have encountered a few maintenance issues, such as a boiler malfunction, fridgefreezer repair and a radiator problem. Each time, I reported these issues, the response from Pacitti Jones was prompt and efficient.

Under the watchful eye of Jennifer who I have found to be the most down to earth individual ,I have been dealt with in an efficient, fair and professional manner . I have worked with Jennifer since moving to Thailand almost 5 years ago, both when she was with Belvoir and now Pacitti Jones. There is no messing around and she just gets things done.
She is fair with both tenant and landlord, which I like. She is also honest and has lots of integrity, unlike some real estate people that I have worked with over the years when renting out property.
I would recommend Jennifer if you are a tenant or landlord. If you are a tenant, Jennifer will give you sound advice and she will be fair with her feedback. She will also ensure that your landlord is fair when it comes to re-furnishments, repairs or replacing appliances. If you are a landlord, she will be honest, thorough and she will get you the most realistic rental price.
I would recommend Jennifer to anyone.

We arrived in Glasgow December 21 with very limited time to find a flat for our daughter, who was moving from Hawaii, USA, to start a position here. A bit of research and we quickly discovered how competitive the rental housing market is here. We walked into Pacitti Jones on Havelock St to ask about available flats, and received a very helpful reception from Lettings Manager Jennifer McMillan. She quickly connected us with an available property, arranged a viewing, stayed in constant touch by phone and email, provided timely advice on the processes and e-paperwork, and a week later our daughter has her keys. This despite the busy holiday season. We cannot thank Ms McMillan enough for her prompt and professional attention, which provided a huge relief to us, as our time here was so limited.
