Ben (Property Consultant) and Rosalie (Sales Progressor) made what was a very very quick turnround (at our request) incredibly smooth. Both were very very responsive and helpful throughout. Ben (Property Consultant) and Rosalie (Sales Progressor) made what was a very very quick turnround (at our request) incredibly smooth. Both were very very responsive and helpful throughout. We enquired about a different property and it was Ben's idea to show us the one we eventually chose. He always had a smile on his face and very relaxed whilst exceedingly helpful. Rosalie was a true star, always on our side, a creative problem solver and helped massively with a - at times - very unresponsive solicitor. Having dealt with numerous estate agents in the past, we felt throughout the whole process that Ben and Rosalie genuinely cared and I couldn't recommend them more.

I could not recommend Oliver Jaques more. Me and my partner had to deal with some administrative difficulties and Ben has been extremely professional and understanding on our situation. The team at OJ were great at educating me on the rise and falls in the market and the best sell/rent options with a long-term view.
Being on-site, they have a unique viewpoint and are best placed to capture all renters/purchasers.
Both Ben and Mike excelled and went beyond what you would expect in this scenario. Always happy to help and certainly with a positive and cheerful attitude, demonstrating what it takes in their roles in a modern environment.
Stephen in the legal department was efficient and responded almost immediately.

Had a great experience with Oliver Jaques buying my first property - Ben was very responsive, super efficient at chasing up documents or tracking down the answers to my queries, and went above and beyond to ensure I had up-to-date information at all times. The process of buying through Oliver Jaques has so far had none of the pitfalls or frustrations that I was warned about by friends who have bought with other agents - I've been so impressed as a buyer and could not recommend Ben more highly.
