I viewed a property today with Vicki who was super friendly and informative, I loved the property but she really sold it to me and gave me all the information I needed down to council tax band, boiler service history etc. I've since been communicating with Steph via email and phone and she is again, super friendly and has great communication, I have to say I've been looking on the market for some time now and have viewed various properties with various estate agents and this is my first interaction with Mark Antony Estates and my interactions so far have been brilliant, a phonecall from Steph to confirm my offer has been put forward after an email confirming this too, but just to update me that the vendor is taking some time to think, in my opinion is above and beyond as I haven't had this communication from other agents! Thank you ladies!
