I'm an overseas unit owner, specifically based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. UE has been my lettings agent for the past several years. There have been periods of frustration BUT to be fair there is always a desire to improve. Frustration stems from the systems/IT platforms they are enabled with which I feel are pretty useless. On the other hand, the people/staff are a great bunch of folks; always ready to help in any way they can despite being handicapped with awful systems. Special mention/thanks to Lubica Martinakova and Rebecca who have been simply awesome! You're both rockstars!
