Professional and Friendly.
I found Central Estates services to be very professional from start to finish for the sale of my property.
James was very knowledgeable and helpful with the valuation. He gave us options and I did not feel any pressure to go with them.
The sales team was also very helpful and responsive and kept me updated with all the booking for viewings and offers.
Finally, the sales progression team was so patient and helpful with all the queries and mediation. Although two of the sales offers fell through they kept persisting and finally found a buyer at the price I was happy with.

First time buyers and we experienced a brilliant service from Central Estate Agents throughout the entire process. Right from Harry taking us round the property for the first time we knew we were in good hands, as he was so knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions about the house, the current owner, and the area.
Elliot was then so helpful in sorting out our initial sale and our communications with the buyer, as well as giving us a great second viewing.
Finally we found Katie and Ella so helpful throughout the very stressful process between sale and exchange of contracts, always being helpful and answering our questions and chasing solicitors etc where required.
We really felt like Central were on our side throughout the process and wanting us to succeed, which was so reassuring. If everything had gone wrong and we had to start the process again, we would 100% go with Central again!
