Upload Abode is the best agency we have worked with! They are so friendly and professional. They sold our property within an incredible 3 working days with an amazing offer of 14.5k over the home report!!! John Paul first came out to do our valuation, he’s very professional and kind! He helped us understand the current market and our aims to achieve the best result us. Then Ciara came to do the marketing, she’s so talented and done an incredible job, we loved the results! Then Lynnette and Kacey came, they are also very professional - answered my questions and catching up with the viewers and secured us the best offer. We can’t say thank you enough to the amazing team who made our selling process stress free and achieved an amazing result. Will definitely recommend to anyone who’s thinking about selling their property to go Upload Abode! 😊

Outstanding customer service from the very first contact. Spoke to Charlene back in November to get the ball rolling getting our house on the market. She was very helpful and got us booked in. Paul came out before Christmas to have the initial chat, he made us feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. We booked our marketing but unfortunately ran into some unforeseen circumstances a few days before it was due to take place, we spoke to the office who got us rearranged a few days later, no problem too big as the saying goes! Ciara and Kacey came out to do our marketing, they were both very pleasant and kind. From that point the team have been in constant contact with us to keep us updated through the rest of the process - from the first coming soon video, to going live on the market. Olivia was a fantastic help organising all of our viewings and following up on Monday to get our offers in and explain the process of accepting an offer and the next steps. We were thrilled with the result and can’t thank the Upload Abode team making it a great, stress free experience, their marketing strategy is second to none! Thank you all again!!!

When I initially contacted upload abode about my interest in one of their properties it was effortless, we went from viewing the house the day after registering interest to then having our offer accepted 2 days later. I must commend the efforts of Kasey, Olivia and of course our main point of contact Lynette, all three are very pleasent and would promptly get back me about any queries I had about the property or the actual buying process itself as we were first time buyers.

We had decided to use Upload Abode to sell our flat following on from a family member also using Upload Abode to sell their home a few months prior and we are truly glad we did. We had Paul come out and value our property and provide us with so much information about house prices in our area before we put it on the market and what we would expect to make. We found that the WhatsApp chat is an amazing feature throughout the whole process as someone would always be available to respond to us when needed and there was never any delays on any questions we had. All of the team get involved when needed and Lynnette and Kacey kept us fully up to date with all viewings that we had planned. We managed to achieve a record breaking amount for a flat in the area which we can’t thank Upload Abode enough for. Amazing from start to finish.

I listed my property on the Monday with the first viewings booked for the Thursday...on the Friday I had 3notes of interest and accepted an offer so 5days to sell...listed Monday and sold on Friday
Upload abode were a sheer pleasure to deal with. They took any stess problems or issues I could have faced and made everything seem easy...which it never us...but the team at upload abode are so good at what they do, they make it look easy...I've got to say by far the best agent in and around Glasgow and I've no doubt one of the best in Scotland- couldn't see Paul Charlene or Vikki to tag but they're amazing at what they do
