We had never heard of Springbok before and the process was very easy and despite not being at our property at times when viewing was organised the team handled the viewing with ease and it seems the process will enable completion seamlessly for both us and our purchaser being happy and also in their new home where we have been.

Fee structure not transparent under the deal we worked in with Springbok. Once asked they advised but this wasn’t forthcoming at the start of the process.

They achieve a quick sale which is great but our feeling was that the support was more the buyer than us as the seller. The Springbok model is somewhat different to other agents meaning that it is not transparent in regard to their fees (unless you ask!). Also there is some ‘slippage’ in what they state about getting a deposit from prospective buyers - this hasn’t happened us.
All in all they have the contacts, they generate interest and ultimately achieve a quick sale. The downside is the price achieved and a feeling that as a ‘desperate’ seller you’ve been rather cajoled into accepting a deal by clever sales techniques.
All in all we shall be pleased once the transaction has all gone through and then will probably reflect on a job well done
