About Bethanie
Bethanie spends most of her time chasing forest trails, sipping strong coffee, and getting lost in a good book. She’s a hiker, animal lover, and unapologetic book hoarder with a soft spot for quiet moments and wild places. Born and raised in Manchester, she knows the city like the back of her hand, but her heart’s
never too far from the woods.
In her work, Bethanie loves finding those win-win moments between landlords and tenants, and there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing a tricky issue resolved with a happy outcome on both sides. As a bonus, spending time around beautiful homes means she’s constantly picking up fresh inspiration for her own décor - and she’s not mad about that one bit.

My latest tenant contract due to Jan. 8, I was a bit upset whether we can find someone quickly because of the holiday season, we didn't even receive many inquires in first 2 weeks. I really appreciate Evans marketing plan and he assured me that we will get a good tenant after year, it was indeed happened and i am so glad. thanks everything Evans.
