Hi, my name is David and I’d like to introduce myself. I have lived and worked in Selby & Goole for around 30 years, and I am a proud dad and grandad. In my spare time I enjoy sports, I regularly watch both football and rugby league, in addition to playing league cricket and darts, I hasten to add, not at the sam
e time. I have an eclectic musical taste and enjoy concerts.
I am a vastly experienced estate agent with over 25 years of direct estate agency experience and have successfully sold properties across Yorkshire during that time I have setup, owned, run and managed numerous estate agency businesses in the area, and I am committed to deliver a first-class customer service. My last business, Housesetc Ltd was established in 2007 and sold in 2023. We won numerous industry recognised awards and maintained a 5-star Google rating with over 100 5-star reviews from highly delighted customers.
My business passions are trust, professionalism and doing the job right. That’s why I will be available 7 days a week including evenings and weekends. Using modern marketing strategies, I’m here to assist in achieving the maximum amount in the best time for your home. Employed his Company to sell a property in Goole.
Immediately we contacted Dave he put the wheels in motion. Photographs, floor plan extensive description, made our property unmissable for all potential buyers. First person to view the property with Dave agreed to purchase and at that juncture Dave assumed total control of everything. Smooth journey which culminated in a successful transfer of ownership. Dave even offered expert guidence vis a vis our tax affairs. Absolutely astounding thank uou Dave.
On a professional basis we have worked alongside Dave in offering his Clients fully comprehensive security advice relating to their properties. Thorough and professional toothed end. We have no objection to being contacted by any concern relating to this review
