Being new to renting, I was really unsure as to the process. The staff at Cowdel Clarke Warrington had the time and patience to talk me through every step to get me into my first rented property.
Throughout my stay, Alexa was in contact with me whenever I needed help and guided me through the process of sorting out anything that I was unsure of.
At the end of the tenancy, the handover was seamless. Nothing was too much for them. I really appreciate the help that they gave me when I was at a testing time in my life.

We have been renting through Cowdel Clarke for over a year now and cannot fault the service we receive from them.
Initially we were shown the property by Charlie, and the process from viewing to accepting the keys, was seamless and informative. We were also supplied with all compliancy documents beforehand, leaving our minds at ease that we were dealing with a professional agent.
At our last inspection, I highlighted that we had an interest in replacing the carpets and this was arranged by Alexa within weeks, giving a fresh feeling to our home. She kept me informed throughout the whole process, allowed me to pick samples and meet with the contractors, which kept me part of the process. Alexa is also brilliant on every inspection, very polite and respectful and keen to ensure we have no maintenance issues to raise. Also a special shout out to Mandy, who keeps everything in order behind the scenes, and is always happy to help and accommodate with my busy lifestyle!
Thank you so much to the team and I look forward to using your services way into the future.
