My experience with Cowdel Clarke has been nothing but positive. Start to finish, a quick, informative service with an array of experience behind the team. Declan the sales manager within a week of the property going up sale had multiple buyers lined up whilst keeping me well informed throughout the entire process. Although there was a hiccup with the 1st buyer pulling out (to no fault of Cowdel Clarke), Declan easily lined up another potential buyer the property within short succession and wrapped up the sales process efficiently. Couldn't recommend them higher when it comes to estate agents and Declan on an individual basis. As someone who has never sold a property before they made it stressfree and responded promptly to the many albeit minor questions from myself. Good job Cowdel Clarke, will definitely business in future buyingselling again.

From valuation to exchange, Cowdel Clarke have given us exceptional service.
We sold our current property and bought our new home through CC and cannot rate them highly enough.
Andrew performed our initial valuation and we were extremely impressed by his professionalism, honesty and in-depth knowledge of the market.
Declan was brilliant showing us around the property we ended up buying and dealing with our enquiries regarding our ongoing sale and purchase, while Sarah acted as our main contact day-to-day, keeping the chain moving and updating us at crucial points throughout the transaction.
Andrew promised us that CC would keep the chain together and they really delivered. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.
