We've just purchased our first house through Bacon and Co and dealt with Josh throughout. Josh made the whole process seamless and guided us through everything nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. He was friendly, reliable and honest. We have sold through a different estate agent, but we bought our new home through Bacon&co and have been pleasantly surprised by the contrast in the way things have been handled, particularly by one person: Anna.
We have definitely been too much at times and she never lost patience on us. She was always helpful, even with things outside of her remit, going the extra mile and very reassuring. We weren't just a number. Thank you!
