Jake, Billy and team were flawless in their handling of our house sale. I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their home. They always got back to us we had any questions and were extremely professional.

Such a rarity to find attentive customer service these days but we found it here at Bacon & Co, Broadwater. Every callquery was picked up and dealt with efficiently and we had the feeling that this was a very motivated (but not overbearing) team of people who enjoy what they do. Jake was our "goto" person and he made us feel like we were the only client he was dealing with. Would recommend without hesitation.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Bacon in Broadwater. Wouldn’t use anyone else if I ever have the courage to move again! Jake in particular has been brilliant throughout the moving process. Communicating regularly - always replying to emails and queries promptly. Kept me informed of each stage and was so helpful from Day one through to moving day. All staff at the Broadwater branch are friendly & welcoming, even saying hello on the Broadwater Green play day when escorting their character pig around with balloons! Every phone call I made was dealt with efficiently and when Jake was away there was always someone else I could speak to if I had a query. A really professional service from Bacon estate agents - thank you so much for everything you’ve done to make my move possible. I will be recommending Bacon to my friends and family. You’re all fab!

Despite my sale being a prolonged and complex process, the team at Bacon & Co. have been magnificent throughout. It is a really difficult tightrope to walk in this kind of relationship between being professional and yet being warm, open and approachable; they have all managed this with consummate skill.
I shall always be grateful for their time, advice and patience throughout a tough time.
Absolutely first class - would heartily recommend.

We had a bit of a long slog with the sale of our property and purchase of our new home both through Bacon & Co. This was through no fault of Bacon though and all down to the chain above. Jake was great throughout, doing everything he could to get things progressed as quickly as possible and we got there in the end.
Caitlin was really good with the viewings of our place when we were looking for our buyer.
The overall service from Jake, Caitlin and the whole team at Bacon & Co Broadwater has been great and we’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking to sell (or buy) a property.

This ended up being a tough sale for a few reasons. In the last two weeks prior to sale however, Jake, Natalie and Dave were on hand to assist to get it over the line. They were very responsive, acted quickly and effectively and reported back so we knew what was going on. We know that was a big help in getting it over the line in the last few days. Being honest, agents can and do get a tough rap a lot of the time, myself included. However, my experience with Bacon selling my mums flat, a very emotive process, has been first class. I appreciate good communication, requests actioned quickly and effectively and also, more importantly as a client, we were truly listened to. Thank you Jake, Natalie and Dave. You have helped alleviate a lot of pain in whats been a very sensitive process. Enjoy the biscuits

We recently bought a property that was being sold by Bacon and Co in Broadwater, Worthing. We are very grateful to Scott and Jake who were incredibly easy to deal with and provided a personal and constant service to us.
From the day of our viewing, through making our offer, putting us in touch with legal and insurance advisors, the service given by the Broadwater office was superb.
All phone calls and e mails were responded to very quickly and we never had to chase up on anything.
