About Debbie
Debbie is one of our longest serving team members, with an amazing property professional built over the years. She joined us in 2007 and worked her way up as a negotiator. In 2016 she moved away to build her own property professional profile, initially as a local Sales Manager of a national brand, building an impr
essive team, and then building her own estate agent. We got together again in 2023, combining the entrepreneurial skills and stamina that Debbie has developed with the systems, consistency and wide exposure that Martin & Co Aberdeen brings to the industry. Debbie loves property so much that she devotes her spare time to property renovations, always surrounded by family and friends.

I went onto sell the property through them - this process was straight forward and a seamless transition from letting the property. Debbie in the sales department was my contact this. She and Ashley worked together with great communication. As well as sense of humour which I greatly appreciated.The flat sold quickly a price I was happy with.

I've bought and sold 12-13 houses during my lifetime, a lot of moves! I've met many mediocre estate agents and just 2 excellent ones. I am now able to add another independent estate agents, Martins and Co, Aberdeen. In particular, Debbie Buchanan and Joel Ross, both of whom are approachable, experienced and recognise ftom the start what you require as a seller and a buyer. The Scottish market is much slower than England and the professionalism shines through in both Debbie and Joel. I'm sure they will do their utmost to ensure my sale goes through. My house went on the market on 18 November, and was under offer on 9 December, a total of 21 days, 7 of which had snow, which is not conducive to viewings. First viewer put in an offer which I accepted. Can't ask for more.

Debbie was my agent and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Debbie was in contact at every step while my property was on market. Although due to reasons out with my control, I had to take the property of the market. Debbie was amazing during this process and made everything run smoothly.
Martin and Co have taken on my property for rental and they have made it a seamless process. If you are looking to sell, buy or rent this is the team you need to go with.
