This is the second time we have used Deans Properties, we chose them again after the outstanding service we received when selling our flat a few years ago, however this time we experienced flaws in their service hence not the full 5 star review.
The standout employees in terms of customer service are Jane Fraser and Laura Walker, both of whom we would happily deal with again. However, there were others in the team who were weren't impressed with, notably the cashroom team who not only gave us an incorrect balance statement twice, but also did not apologise when I pointed out the mistake moments before we transferred our savings to complete the purchase. I did not raise it at the time as we were under an incredible amount of stress to complete our sale and purchase, but felt this really soured our experience of working with Deans.
