I have been renting in the UK for 7 years with the majority of this year with Cobbles, it is my first time having such a positive experience. I have been very lucky. We had five agents come and appraise our property before deciding to list with Cobbles. They all quoted the same valuation and all quoted the same fee, so it came down to who I felt I would work best with, and Ryan was head and shoulders above the other agents we met.
At every stage Ryan was open and honest with me about the process and what we could expect. He always kept me informed and updated and now with hindsight, I'm absolutely sure we made the right choice with Cobbles.
Magda performed all of the viewings on our home and was sure to insist on COVID distancing and use of masks. When I spoke to Magda she was always very polite and friendly and I felt comfortable leaving our home in her hands.
I think both Ryan and Magda struck the right balance between letting me feel a part of the decision making process and handling the process enough to make it stress free for me.
I would thoroughly recommend Cobbles to anyone.
