I chose Sawyers because the property I was selling was either going to appeal to a local in the Hove area or from London. This didn't deter the Sawyers team from making sure the property was marketed outside of these areas and to buyers who had a curiosity of moving to somewhere different. Many supportive conversations were had with Simon Lemcke and it is from his tenacity and loyalty to me as his client first and foremost in negotiations, which will be the greatest impression I have of the company Sawyers Hove.

Elliot Isted was very helpful and informative when finding a buyer for the flat, and Bob Beaken, who dealt directly with the sale going through, was extremely proactive and always updated me, keeping me in the loop of what was going on. This really helped me feel at ease and confident knowing that everything was being dealt with as it should.

I have just sold my flat with Sawyer and Co, and they were extremely communicative and efficient throughout the whole process. I found Sawyer and co the best agents when it came to selling my flat. i had used a few others before in Hove who not only didnt sell but were rude and pushy . I recently sold a one-bedroomed flat in Hove through Sawyer & Co and I have to say that the selling experience was perfect. The initial advice/pricing received from Simon Lemcke proved to be 100% accurate and the flat sold to a well qualified first time buyer within 10 days of being placed on the market. Crucially the viewings and the period between agreeing the sale and exchange/completion was managed by Elliot Isted and he did a SUPERB job of keeping the communication channels open between myself and the buyer, facilitating viewings and inspections and generally making sure that everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Bob Beaken did a great job of following up with the various solicitors and interested parties towards the end of the process and with his help the sale was completed in around 4 months. I have to say thank you to the whole team at Sawyer & Co, particularly to Elliot, and if you are looking for a genuinely high quality Estate Agent to work with then look no further.
