We sold our flat with Kelly, who was excellent throughout. Kelly went above and beyond our expectations with the sale, even making a media video to assist in the sale. With this the flat was sold within a week and above the asking price.
To add to this, other flats in the building had been up sale with other estate agent companies who where struggling to sell. When the owners swapped to Kelly, they were all successful at a sale.

Kelly and the team were brilliant. Kelly kept me updated on viewings, provided feedback and secured strong interest in the flat at an early stage. I really appreciated her clear and regular communication - it was such a contrast to previous experiences with other agencies and made the experience feel a lot smoother. Following offer acceptance, she and her colleague Jemma continued to check in regularly and provide support and pragmatic advice as needed, helping navigate through the process and get us to completion stage. The team were always responsive to any queries and delivered a really positive customer service - as well as the end result of a successful sale!
