We were very happy with the way William Charles supported us in the purchase of our new home.
The day of the move we encountered unforeseen obstacles, which meant us having to pickup the keys to our new home after office hours.
Chris was extremely accommodating as he made arrangements to ensure we received the keys, which put our minds at rest, nothing was to much trouble.
From the viewing to the actual day of moving in, the team were extremely professional, accommodating and helpful always.
It was a pleasure to buy our house through them.

I started to have Buy To Let properties 6 years ago. Initially, I sought help from William Charles to tenant search for me. They did a very good job. 4 years ago, I let William Charles fully manage all my properties. I am very happy with their service. It certainly takes away the hassle and stress of managing the properties myself.
Andrea and Chris are always very approachable and willing to offer their professional advice regarding issues with tenants and maintenance to the properties. Andrea always keeps herself abreast of any legal changes so as to offer landlords the best advice. All WC staff are very professional. Special thanks to the Gravesend team, in particular to Charlie, the Letting Manager and Carlos, the Tenancy Manager, who are always responsive and proactive.
I am very pleased to see that William Charles has expanded and has now opened a branch in Broadstairs. All in all, I would highly recommend to any landlord and tenant the services as offered by William Charles .
