I Purchased a flat, intended to be my home, from Kings Group Edmonton in February 2020. The transaction went very smoothly from start to finish, even though I do not reside in the U.K. My plans changed and in October 2020 I contacted Kings to ask if they could sell the flat before the end of the year. Kings took it on and accomplished that in late December. The sale ran smoothly and Joe at Kings kept me informed every step of the way. The entire transaction was conducted without my having to come to the U.K. which would have been difficult because of COVID restrictions. I am very impressed with the service i received from Kings Group.

through out the sale of my property I experienced various struggles in regards the registration of potion of the land. This required me to make applications to the Land Registry officials., delayed the sale. I found the manager Joe Page and his team the most supportive and generous with their time and advice in helping me to keep going.. I do not think I would have been successful in gaining the registration of the potion of the land as well as fighting in the courts. I am very grateful of each persons's involvement in the completion of the sale particularly due to the long long length of time that it took god bless them all. I continue to tell my friends of the commitment and support and the extra miles they went through to assist me. THE BEST IN NORTH LONDON
