After it had been on the market for only a few weeks Oakhill advised me to reduce the price which I did. In the end it sold for £640, 000. I must say that the other two local agents who gave me valuations were much more realistic.

I wanted to sell a property and my initial contact was with Andy. He was friendly and instilled confidence. He valued the house at up to £725,000. I must say that the other two local agents who gave me valuations were much more realistic.
Becky, one of the agents who showed the house, was great. She got back to me after every visit, was always positive and gave me good advice. When the sale was being processed Aimee was also very helpful and hard working. But after the initial contact with Andy I never heard from him again. My contact with James was also limited to advice to reduce the price, no doubt correct but it was not I who had set the price to begin with! A little disappointed with the valuation and with the lack of contact from any senior member of the team once I had signed up.
