We initially listed our property with a different agent, but quickly realised we had made the wrong choice - the service was lacking, and communication was extremely poor.
From the moment we switched to Chambers, the experience completely turned around. We went back on the market on a Monday, had viewings by Wednesday, and accepted an offer by Saturday. Nicola’s communication has been outstanding throughout the entire process, keeping us regularly updated every step of the way.
We’ve now exchanged and completing Friday, and we couldn’t be happier. The level of customer service has been exceptional, and we wholeheartedly recommend Chambers. Our neighbors have since instructed them based on our recommendation. It’s been a pleasure working with such a dedicated and professional team. Thank you!!

Nicola and Jamie went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience, even when facing challenges out of their control or even in their role of support. Nothing was to much for them. Even helped with identifying a removal company.
I Could not recommend Chambers enough if this review allowed more stars then I would give them!
