I wouldnhave welcomed a call in advance to position the deductions and to have the opportunity to discuss rather than the black and white of an email text.
I would urge the company to focus on customer service a little more, not all tenants are bad people.

Our experience with the team at Dart & Partners has been excellent. We are first time rental of a property and we were kept in the loop of any suitable properties we were looking for. When we found a property the team helped us through what is a complecated process till the end when we collected the keys and feel confident that if any issues are met they will be dealt with by the team, Ian, Eamon and Liesa.
