Superb service….. Roslyn has provided a fantastic service from the start, once a tenant was found, we were able to have a completion date of just over one week of viewing the property down to the swift, prompt and hard work from Roslyn. Superb service….. Roslyn has provided a fantastic service from the start, once a tenant was found, we were able to have a completion date of just over one week of viewing the property down to the swift, prompt and hard work from Roslyn. The communication with Roslyn has been fabulous keeping myself updated by phone and email every step of the way, also a big thank you to Karen for all the help and support provided during this process, her years of experience have helped me along the way in preparing the property. Thank you both for taking all the stress away from me with this process.

On general I am satisfied with Belvoir. The staff is properly trained, kind and ready to help. I could refer them to others. believe that better control means should be found. I would suggested that not
just Belvoir, but all the Letting Agents (by appealing to the right authorities),should found ways to vacate the properties sooner in case of bad tenants. This will result to less losses first for the Landlord and for the agencies involved.

When our long-term tenant left, the house needed some work to get it ready for a new tenant. Karen Ince acted as my point of contact from one tenant leaving through arranging for the necessary work to be done on the house and claiming against the deposit paid by the previous tenant until the new tenant moved in.
Throughout, Karen was professional and kept me informed of progress. The required work was arranged quickly and Karen answered any queries I had. All communication from her was clear and thorough.
I believe Karen made most of the arrangements for work to be done on the house and notices to be sent to the town council and services suppliers herself, though she did also give Hazel Brown credit for having done a significant amount of work on her behalf.
From my point of view, it is 10 / 10 for Karen and the Belvoir! team.
