I initially rented a property in York with Northwood York, intending to stay for a year as part of my job placement. Due to my mistake, I signed a 6-month contract instead of the intended year. Unfortunately, the landlord issued an eviction notice at the end of the 6-month period, creating a challenging time for my family to secure a new property.
Northwood York's agent, Danielle, and her manager, Chris Ray, proved to be exceptional during this transition. They provided unwavering support, understanding the difficult financial circumstances, and even waived off the notice period.
While I regret not securing another property rental agreement with them due to the unavailability of my desired property, I am genuinely grateful to Danielle and Chris Ray for their extraordinary support—an uncommon level of assistance from letting agents.
