Both people were polite, friendly and thorough in their explanations of the process. Contact was via Zoom and telephone and both contacted me EXACTLY at the agreed time, not before or after. Both people were polite, friendly and thorough in their explanations of the process. Contact was via Zoom and telephone and both contacted me EXACTLY at the agreed time, not before or after. Consultation wasn't rushed and i genuinely felt valued.
In passing, Joanne also pointed out that my current pet insurance seemed excessive and thanks to that additional advice, I am already better off!

So glad I chose to go with this broker not only for the mortgage but the overall whole package from buildings insurance and life insurance. They were always there to help and support me though this process which can get stressful but honestly having them do what they did was well worth it. Will defo be using this service again,

Over the years, as our family has grown, we've purchased and re-mortgaged numerous houses without ever considering taking advise from a Mortgage Consultancy. Our eldest child recently purchased his first house and recommended that we use 'The Mortgage Advise Bureau' to help us navigate the market for a remortgage. From experience, my instinct was that we wouldn't need any help however my son was adamant that the market has changed over the last decade so much that such assistance ensures that we get the right, unbiased product for our current circumstances. Jo Boulden worked tirelessly throughout, often out of normal business hours to expedite the process. Once a provider was chosen, Jamie Hollis has kept in touch advising us of the status with our application until completion. Thank you both for your professional service & assistance.
