I understand everyone's experience will be different, but from our dealings with Strike, I would avoid like the plague.
We were buying a house through strike as that is who the sellers were using. All throughout the process communication has been very poor. Questions left unanswered. Your never given a direct line to anyone, and therefore always have to go through the national switchboard (each time having to give your life story just to be put through). This is ridiculous, especially when things are moving very fast towards completion.
Our solicitors said that the strike solicitors were very poor and not helpful one bit.
We were never told anything about the chain, or predicted timings.
But to make things worse, Strike misled us about the house and failed to disclose the lack of building regulations for the attic bedroom. It was only due to our solicitor being thorough that this came to light. Once known strike were aggressive and pushy in trying to make us complete with an indemnity policy. Having looked into the issue, we felt that we should renegotiate the price. Unfortunately the sale has fallen through because of this.
Strike can claim that they never knew about the issue, but the house is straight back on the market and being wrongly sold as a 3 bedroom again. Hopefully the new buyers solicitors will pick up on the issue also as I know strike won't mention it.
We are now down £1000s in fees due to being misled.

Leeson has been great throughout the whole process. Great communication and really kept us informed. Any question we've had he has always got straight back to us. He really has made the whole process stress free, so thank you Leeson.

Selling through Strike has been a positive experience.
It was good to be in control of the viewings via the app - we aren't always available so it was great to be able to make the appointments to suit us.
I wasn't expecting much of an after sales service given this is a free estate agent, but the after service has been fantastic. Having a dedicated person who looks after all aspects was very effective, and Leeson has really supported us to get our sale over the line. I would very much recommend this service.

Leeson was always there to take our calls (or returned our calls as promised). Was honest to the point would say sorry, i have no updates rather than call avoidance which is really frustrating. He took calls from 3 properties all chasing for updates and he handled these very well by being open and honest. If it wasn't for Leeson i would have left a 1 star review - 5 stars is for Leeson rather than the company!. Thank you for all your efforts Leeson, i know we had some roller coaster rides but we got there in the end - Thank You!!

I've really appreciated the correspondence with everyone I've spoken to during the buying process, as it seems that there isn't anything too arduous that you can ask of them, and if they're unable to help at that time, then they've always sought a solution before coming back.

My only negative point will be in relation to the solicitors recommended, but this isn't a reflection on the team I dealt with at strike, rather the Premier Property Lawyers. Their systems outage has been frustrating to say the least, with around 5-6 hours a day on hold just to find out that the solicitor has received all your messages and just ignored you, however seems harsh to leave 4 stars as this detracts from the Strike experience .
Not to detract from Strike though, they've been really helpful and the teams associated with Strike during the purchase process have been a life-saver, especially for a first-time buyer.

I just wanted to ensure that Leeson gets the feedback he deserves. He is a credit to your company.
He goes above and beyond to help with anything he can. He always calls us back when he says he will. Leeson does everything in a very timely manner. Anytime there has been an issue, he resolves this quickly and professionally.
Leeson is always chasing and updating us on things that need to happen to get our sale completed.
